Alpha Phi Omega Riyadh Alumni Association
APORAA - is an alumni association of Alpha Phi Omega (APO) members who are working in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
History - It was a summer of 1986, when the group composed mostly of Christian brothers headed by Brod Pat F. Raz, Iota Chapter whom he met Brod Romy Florentino, Delta Zeta, Brod Jun Calvario, Gamma Rho, Brod Danny Sebollena, Beta Tau and Brod Jun Solomon, Beta Tau.
The group decided to form an Alumni Chapter. As the forming of the Alumni Chapter is being processed, Brod Pat Raz was informed that another group of APO was being organized which were composed of Muslim brothers.
A meeting was held in front of Euromarche Shopping Mall, and the two groups should meet at a certain time. On 01 August 1986, Christian and Muslim brothers of Alpha Phi Omega met at GAMA Compound with a total of 65 members voted to form the Alpha Phi Omega Riyadh Alumni Association. Riyadh Chapter.
A set of officers were elected and Brod Amer Gunting of Alpha Chi Chapter was elected as Vice President. After the set of officers were elected, the group went to see Brod Candidato Gutoc, Tau Chapter, who was the Consul General of the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh. Due to the sincere advocacy to serve the principles of APO, the group had increased their population.

APORAA is one of the few community groups who opted to be NAMFREL volunteers during the 2004 and 2007 elections. This is a clear proof that APORAA members are mostly apolitical and principle-centered indviduals.
